Vu Bui
Founder & CEO
After more than two decades as a construction engineer, Vu’s work took him across Vietnam — from hydropower projects in remote mountain regions to fast-growing cities. Along the way, a deep appreciation for the country’s landscapes and people grew into a new purpose: creating Oriva and helping travellers discover places with greater meaning.
Minh Vu Le
Business Director
Having studied in Australia, Minh returned to Vietnam with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to build something of his own. His passion for travel soon became part of that journey. Today, he leads Oriva’s bussiness development, creating partnerships and opportunities that help bring thoughtful travel experiences to more travellers.

Director of Product & Experience
Years of travelling across different parts of the world gave Martin a deep appreciation for what makes a destination memorable. That perspective now shapes the journeys he creates at Oriva. His goal is simple: to introduce the beauty, culture and character of Vietnam through experiences that feel genuine, well-paced and worth remembering.

Ngoc leads the way Oriva shares its stories with the world. With a strong understanding of travel audiences and brand communication, she brings together content, creativity and destination inspiration to show not only where our travellers can go, but why each journey can matter.
Camelia Bui
Head of Sales & Operations
A graduate in Spanish translation and interpreting, Camelia brings both language expertise and extensive experience in tourism, particularly with Latin American markets. Together with professional tour operations training, her background allows her to connect cultures, understand travellers deeply and ensure every journey moves smoothly from the first conversation to the final detail.

Finance & Accounting Lead
Rao brings structure, accuracy and calm attention to the financial side of Oriva. Behind every seamless journey is careful planning, and her work helps ensure that our operations remain organised, responsible and sustainable as the company continues to grow.

Multimedia & Creative Lead
Viet turns journeys into stories through image, film and visual communication. Combining a creative eye with a love of travel, he captures the people, landscapes and small moments that often say more about a destination than words alone.

Customer Experience Lead
Having lived and worked in Taiwan, Katthy brings an international perspective and a natural understanding of travellers from different backgrounds. She leads our customer support with warmth, patience and attention to detail, helping travellers feel supported and understood before, during and after their journey.

With a background in translation and interpreting, Trini understands how much thoughtful communication matters when designing a journey. She listens closely to each traveller’s interests and expectations, then turns those conversations into itineraries that feel personal, clear and carefully considered.
